I want to make the comment that it is so nice to have breakfast with all twelve of us sitting at one table. We decided to put both kitchen tables together from both units so that we could eat together. It has turned out to the be best thing because we share a meal that we all had a part in and we end up sitting at the table for hours talking and of course telling so many stories. We are definitely being educated on what Marines do in their spare time – that is all I’m going to say about that. This so far is the best part of our vacation. I feel that we have really bonded. It was especially nice today when the best man came into town and joined us for dinner. We talked and laughed until 2:00 o’clock in the morning. My tummy hurt so bad from laughing that I need a break tomorrow to just relax.
Our adventure began in the morning with a trip to the indoor pool. As we got into the elevator to leave Dustin noted that he was going to freeze his nuts because the weather had changed so quickly. Olivia looked up at us and said “Yes we are all going to freeze our nuts off. ” We laughed so hard because she had no idea what she was saying but it was cute. I’m sure the other guest in this building will be glad when we leave because all we do it laugh – and it is loud. It’s the best time I have had in a long time. I see the girls enjoying themselves and get a kick out of Joey (the groom). He is as funny as his father.
Today, Amy taught William how to make a hat on her knitting machine and he is anxious to make one for his girlfriend back home. He made a turquois one for himself today and wore it all day. We are just having a relaxing and enjoyable time.
Tomorrow is going to be a quiet day but the wedding party comes in and Barb’s son, Adam and his fiancé Jessica (their wedding is in January). It’s going to be great! Adam is funny too. Oh, can’t forget, my husband comes in tonight and we all know Steve has that dry sense of humor – when the Strusienski’s get together with us, it is priceless – can’t wait to share those stories. Make sure you keep checking back.
Before the night was over Joey, Dustin, and I got to chat while everyone else went to bed. We talked for a good hour. Emotions were flowing because Joey described what a wonderful experience we were having here and that we are truly family. I am so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life!

Joey and I are so thankful and grateful for the week we shared with you and your family!!!
We had so much fun, it was the best vacation we ever had. I miss you and the girls, and can’t wait to be reunited again. I miss Steve to, but he’s not as adorable as the girls.
